The vast majority of our customers are on the 3-server license pack. If you upgrade from a 10-server license to a 25-server license, your new subscription will be at a new price. For example, if you have a ten server license, you will continue to pay $800/yr.įor existing customers, new pricing won't affect you unless you change your subscription. Note that if you already have an existing Otto license and subscription, the price will not change. How does this affect existing customers? We've come up with new plans that are a better fit for each type. They also need different support and additional features, and they may need volume licensing and white labeling. Both of these customers get great value from Otto, but how they use Otto can differ quite a bit. Resellers are generally selling FileMaker services or FileMaker-based products to their customers. Retail customers use FileMaker to run their businesses. Our Otto customers fall into two categories: retail customers and resellers. As we continue to invest in this product, we feel this is a good time to adjust our pricing to better define and serve our customers. Just recently, we released Otto for Linux and implemented enhanced notifications with Slack.

We are excited by how far Otto has come, and we also know there is so much more we can do. It also changes their businesses by letting them spend more time focusing on what truly matters and less time doing manual, error-prone tasks. Our customers tell us that Otto changes their lives by giving them back their weekends.
